Le Bateau Gourmand AwardWinners of 2005

Once a year the skippers of all yachts in Costa Smeralda can enter the scene of gourmet cuisine by preparing a meal to win the Bateau Gourmand prize.
In 2005 Valentina team including the owner Enrico Manca and chefs Dino Lotito and Alessandro Verdetti won first prize in the Appetizers category with the following dishes:
